All products and/or services offered to You (hereinafter referred to as “You,” “Your,” or “User”) by Grazia Stones (hereinafter referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) through its web portal, www.graziastones.com and any other platform (including any mobile application) and offline mechanisms (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are subject to these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).

By accessing the Platform or purchasing products from Us, You agree to these Terms. If You do not accept these Terms in their entirety, please refrain from accessing the Platform or using our services.

1. Agreement

These Terms, along with Our Privacy Policy and other policies available on the Platform (collectively referred to as “Other Terms”), form a binding agreement between You and Grazia Stones. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform signifies Your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Products

We are engaged in the manufacturing and sale of stone carvings, CNC designs, mosaics, cultured stones, glass mosaics, metal inlays/outlays, and other stone-related products (collectively referred to as “Products”).

  • Customization: We may offer limited customization options for our Products as per Your preferences.
  • Variations: Products may have natural variations in color, texture, or finish due to the unique properties of stone. Screen displays may also not perfectly reflect actual Products.
  • Orders: All orders are prepaid unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, refunds will be processed.
  • Warranty: Certain Products may carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as stated on the Platform.
3. Product Liability Disclaimer
  • Products are offered as-is without any modification unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of the Products.
  • Color, finish, and natural variations in stone are not grounds for returns.
4. Packaging, Shipping, and Delivery
  • Shipping costs are exclusive of the Product price and will be specified during checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
  • You may be required to provide a one-time password (OTP) or sign a receipt at the time of delivery.
  • In cases of pick-up from our fulfillment centers, inspection must be done at the center as the Products will not be eligible for returns post pick-up.
5. Exchange and Return Policy
  • Products may be returned or exchanged only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages.
  • You must report defects/damages within 7 days of delivery with photographic/video evidence.
  • Certain Products (e.g., customized items) may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
6. Payment
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • We are not responsible for any technical errors, fraud, or issues that occur during payment processing.
  • All payments are subject to applicable taxes.
7. Registration
  • To place an order, You must register on Our Platform.
  • Registration is limited to individuals above 18 years of age.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account termination.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content, designs, trademarks, and images on the Platform are the intellectual property of Grazia Stones.
  • You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, or imitating any Product design, content, or media for any purpose.
9. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Not use the Platform for illegal purposes.
  • Not upload harmful content (viruses, malware, offensive material).
  • Not impersonate others or attempt to access unauthorized accounts.
  • Not manipulate, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the Platform or its content.
10. Technical Failures

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical failures, network issues, or other factors beyond Our control.

11. Promotions
  • We may run promotional campaigns at Our discretion.
  • Participation in promotions is subject to the specified terms of each campaign.
  • Promotions may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

13. Limitation of Liability

Grazia Stones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Platform or Products.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
